Refund & Return Policy
Because we source authentic brand overstock and open-box inventory at steep discounts, all sales are final. We do not offer 30-day standard returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is delivered or picked up.
To be eligible for assistance with any delivery issue, you must provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the damage and packaging are required for transit claims.
Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale
All mattresses, bed frames, overstock items, and open-box inventory are non-returnable and sold as-is under our Final Sale policy. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or clearance sale items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or trade-ins on delivered overstock or open-box inventory. Local Bay Area customers are strongly encouraged to visit our San Francisco warehouse to inspect and test products in person before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch or pickup from our warehouse. Once an item is loaded for delivery or picked up, the sale is final and cannot be canceled.
Refunds (If Applicable for Damaged Claims)
If a return or partial refund is approved by our team for verified transit damage, we will notify you once inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
